CCASN coaches help clients build capacity to implement systems of high quality career academies, Linked Learning pathways or other college and career pathways that improve students’ performance and reduce achievement gaps.

Our coaching staff has extensive experience at every level of education policy and practice. Our multi-faceted coaching services address challenges of leadership, organizational design, classroom practice, communications, policy, and community connections. With four certified Linked Learning coaches, as well as other seasoned CCASN coaches who play vital roles in the ongoing development of career academies, we work with:

  • individual pathway leads and teams
  • internal district, site, and instructional coaches
  • industry, postsecondary, and community partners

CCASN coaches serve as thought partners, catalysts, and sources of information to build sustainable capacity at any level. Working with a team or one-on-one, our coaches have the skills to ask generative questions, listen actively, suggest helpful resources, facilitate strategic planning, encourage distributed ownership of the change process, and promote effective implementation.

CCASN coaches are familiar with and utilize variety of coaching resources and tools, and have worked collaboratively with all of the major organizations supporting career academy development nationally.
