DOWNLOADING FILES
There are two types of files for you to download
from our website:
- Adobe Acrobat Files (.pdf)
Acrobat files are best if you want to print or e-mail the
document without any changes in the formatting. You cannot
make any changes to a .pdf file. They are designed for viewing
or printing.
PDF files must be viewed with Adobe® Acrobat® Reader,
which is most likely already installed on your computer.
However if you don't have Acrobat Reader, you can download
a free version by clicking on the link below.

- Microsoft Word Documents (.doc)
The Word Documents have been added to our site to save you
from having to re-type the information into your computer.
Simply download the Word Document, save it onto your computer,
add your business name and logo, and customize the document
for your academy.
Downloading files from our website and saving them
onto your computer:
When you click on the link of a file to download, your browser
will either:
- Open the document in the browser window.
You can browse the document and print it directly from your
browser window.
- Open the document in it's native application automatically.
If your browser automatically opens the document in it's
native application or reader, you will have the option to
do a File/Save to capture the document to your local computer.
- Or prompt you to save the file locally.
If your browser prompts you to download and save the file,
simply choose an appropriate place on your local hard disk
to store the file. You will want to carefully note the location
you save to so that you will be able to find the file when
the download is completed.
In addition, you can save a file by right clicking on the
link, then clicking "Save target as" (in Internet
Explorer) or "Save Link As" (in Netscape) and browse
to the appropriate drive and folder, then save the file. In
a Mac, control-click on the link, or click and hold, to do
the same thing.
The action the browser takes depends on your local browser/application
configuration. You will need to have the appropriate application
or file viewer to view these documents.
